  • We’re appointment-only so we can give every client our full attention (and stay on schedule). You’re always welcome to check for last-minute openings, but pre-booking is the move.

  • Just a few minutes early is perfect. We don’t have a waiting area—what we do have is a chair ready for you when you walk in.

  • Things happen! If you're running late, shoot us a message. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours (or no-shows) may result in a fee. Thanks for respecting our time—we’ll always respect yours.

  • Yes, always. Extensions are fully customized, so we start with a consult to match color, length, and density. Once you’re matched and we receive your deposit (equal to the cost of the hair), we’ll schedule your install.

  • Yes, please. For special events, a trial run is required—and your inspo photos help us get the look right before the big day. $25 from your trial will be applied to your event appointment.
